Start with the shape of your event.
Setup is operator-onboarded — we build it with you. Venues, courts, divisions, and formats go in first. Then your schedule file becomes the live board, and you name the people who run the floor.

Building the crew is the event owner's choice, not the platform's: officials apply and you accept, you add people directly, or you import a roster you already trust. Everyone lands with a rating — National, Jr National, Regional, Provisional, Rookie — and their availability.

03Schedule · The board
Courts across. Time down. Every position filled.
Each match cell carries its division code, its format, and six officiating positions — R1 and R2 referees, two line judges, a scorekeeper, an assistant scorer. Officials are chips, tinted by rating from National down to Rookie. Grab a chip, drop it on a slot, done.

03Schedule · Auto-assign
Fill a whole day in one pass.
Auto-assign is availability-aware — it knows who's on site, what they're rated, and which court ranges they cover. It staffs the full day, then hands you the exceptions instead of the busywork: you review, adjust, apply.

You know who's on site — because the venue does.
Officials check themselves in from their phone, and the check-in is GPS-verified: they're only marked on site if they're actually standing at the venue. Staff working the doors get a time clock. No clipboard, no roll call, no guessing.

05Pay
Payroll runs itself — straight from the board.
Pay computes per match, as the event runs — format times rating, plus Head Official, Lead, and Site Director pay — from the same board you assign on. By the last whistle, payroll is already done. There is no post-event spreadsheet week.
